They are  among the first batch of 450 Malaysian Haj pilgrims that will leave for  the Holy Land of Mecca in Saudi Arabia tonight. About 28,000 Malaysians  are expected to perform the pilgrimage during this year&#8217;s Haj season  along with 3 million Muslims from other parts of the world. Haj is the  fifth pillar of Islam and every Muslim is required to perform it at  least once a lifetime if they can afford to do so.</p>
