Malaysian Muslim today celebrate Eid al-Adha, the Muslim ” “Festival of Sacrifice” in village of Gombak.  17/11/2010.   Muslims celebrate Eid al-Adha by slaughtering camels, sheep, goats and cows to commemorate God’s gift of a ram to substitute for Abraham’s son, distributing the meat amongst family, friends and the poor.

Muslims across the world are preparing celebrate the annual festival of Eid al-Adha or the Festival of Sacrifice, which marks end of the Haj pilgrimage to Mecca by hundreds of millions of Muslims around the world slaughtering goats, sheep and cattle in commemoration of the Prophet Abraham’s readiness to sacrifice his son to show obedience to Allah.  Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  27/11/2009
